This groundbreaking initiative focuses on business, marketing, financial literacy and entrepreneurship education for sixth and seventh grade students. As a teacher, you will play a key role in shaping and refining the curriculum, fostering a dynamic learning environment, and inspiring students to explore the exciting world of commerce.?
SALARY
Commensurate with certification and experience based on the Wicomico County Salary Schedule for Teachers.? Includes employee benefits package.
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid teaching certification.
Minimum of 5 years teaching experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, project-based learning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

RESPONSBILITIES

Implement the developed curriculum in a dynamic and interactive manner, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Work collaboratively with other pilot teachers, school administrators, and district personnel to share insights, best practices, and feedback.
Attend professional development sessions to stay informed about the latest educational trends and methodologies.
Maintain open communication with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on students' academic progress and the overall success of the program.
