Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Engineered Products team to deliver technical expertise and sales support.
- Develop and grow a professional network across diverse channels to identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities.
- Act as a trusted resource for contractors, engineering firms, and owners, providing guidance on HVAC solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to secure major projects by leveraging technical expertise and building strong client relationships.
- Foster and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication, follow-ups, and personalized support.
- Assess client needs and propose tailored solutions to address specific challenges and requirements.
- Lead sales efforts for HVAC products, including Air Handling, Energy Recovery, Coils, and Vibration Isolation & Noise Control, across the Indiana region.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position products effectively.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, detailing product specifications, pricing, and applications.
- Manage and ensure timely preparation of accurate technical submittals.
- Provide on-site technical support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues encountered during project execution.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in coordination with sales leadership.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth objectives.
