Key Responsibilities :
- Design & Coordination :
- Collaborate with consultants, subcontractor partners, and clients to coordinate design activities.
- Address and resolve design issues, tracking design and cost changes throughout development.
- Preconstruction Leadership :
- Develop and deliver best-in-class Preconstruction services to internal and external clients.
- Work closely with the Group Manager of Preconstruction to refine processes and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Client & Team Communication :
- Serve as the single point of contact for internal and external clients during the preconstruction and planning phases.
- Keep project leadership informed on unresolved issues and provide regular updates.
- Planning & Reporting :
- Utilize tools to monitor project progress.
- Develop and oversee designs, cost estimates, and value engineering solutions.
- Collaboration with Project Managers :
- Provide guidance to project managers during the design phase to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
- Support & Oversight :
- Support commissioning and turnover functions at project completion.
- Ensure construction phase activities align with preconstruction plans and client expectations.
- Other Duties :
- Perform additional duties as required or assigned to support project success.
