Responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain communication with owners and subcontractors to facilitate project progress.
- Lead or assist in estimating project costs.
- Provide guidance to on-site management to ensure projects are completed according to specifications.
- Represent the company in project-specific and strategic meetings.
- Obtain and evaluate subcontractor bids during the bidding process.
- Compile a comprehensive bid package for management review before submission.
- Explain plans and contract terms to clients and the project team.
- Collaborate with the Site Manager to plan, organize, and direct activities to enhance project efficiency.
- Ensure the implementation of the company's safety plan before construction begins and that it is followed by field staff throughout the project.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager to assign and schedule internal workers and field equipment to specific sites.
- Timely submit project change orders to clients.
- Work with the accounting team and contract administrator to oversee the financial and contractual elements of projects.
- Review and approve all invoicing, monthly draws, and related documentation.
- Represent the company at monthly draw meetings.
- Ensure project budgets are accurate and up to date.
- Proactively monitor project progress and continuously update schedules to meet completion dates.
- Ensure project punch lists are finalized to the satisfaction of customers and architects.
