Responsibilities :
- Supervise the accurate and timely construction of commercial and industrial projects
- Manage field personnel, including Field Site Superintendents, Foremen, and subcontractors
- Monitor, manage and mitigate risk during construction in conjunction with Project Manager
- Resolve issues during construction with the onsite personnel
- Act as a technical coach for how to accomplish tasks
- Develop and maintain project schedules and forecast labor needs
- Assist with training and enforcement of field personnel
- Assist estimators and business development as technical resource for new projects
- Manage project close-out list and deliver timely project completions
- Rent and manage equipment on a project by project basis
- Issue purchase orders and purchase job supplies
- Estimate and submit small project quotes as directed
