Insurance Producer

• - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and opportunities within the insurance sector.
• Engage in telemarketing activities to promote insurance products and services. - Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system. - Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed advice to clients. *Requirements*
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry or related fields such as retail sales or customer service.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
