We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Assistant Director of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Systems at Widener University. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and direct the maintenance and repair of all MEP equipment and systems.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred. A combination of training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 7 years progressively responsible facilities management experience
