The WO Digital team is looking for a talented and savvy digital Technical Product Manager to join our team, focusing on expanding our digital system integrations with our digital OMS and enabling cross-platform sales solution(s) . These initiatives continue to evolve at breakneck speed and ad tech is one of the hottest areas of high tech today. This includes all aspects of linear media, non-linear media, and digital integrations. Here is what success will look like:
- Collaborate with customers (publishers, agencies, advertisers) to understand their digital advertising challenges and develop scalable, high-impact solutions.
- Lead the design and execution of new features by working closely with UX, engineering, and data teams to optimize usability and performance.
- Drive API-based integrations with platforms like Google Ad Manager, Freewheel, The Trade Desk, DV360, CM360, and others, ensuring seamless connectivity.
- Act as a technical liaison, providing deep understanding of ad tech, programmatic workflows, and media buying/selling dynamics.
- Prioritize product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
- Work in an Agile environment, defining epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to drive adoption, communicate roadmap updates, and support go-to-market strategies.
To thrive in this role, we're looking for:
- 5 years of product management experience in digital advertising, programmatic media, or ad tech integrations.
- Strong technical knowledge of ad servers (Google Ad Manager, Freewheel, Adswizz/Audiomatic, etc.), DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.), and APIs for ad buying/selling.
- Experience with advertising workflow automation, audience targeting, and digital campaign execution.
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to translate market needs into scalable, repeatable solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate product performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to create basic mockups and wireframes to communicate product concepts effectively.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process, including backlog management and sprint planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across teams and present product strategies.
- Bonus: Understanding of linear TV, audio, and cross-platform media workflows is a plus.

This position can be based in any of our offices. Remote/Telecommute will also be considered.
Pay Range:
$130,000 - $160,000
