We are currently seeking a Director of Escrow Operations to provide strategic leadership and oversee the day-to-day functions of the company. This role is responsible for ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Director will have a strong background in both management and hands-on Escrow Officer work, along with a proven track record of business development and client relationship management.
Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for all escrow activities.
- Manage and mentor a team of escrow professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other industry partners.
- Oversee escrow accounting and reconciliation processes.
- Actively contribute to business development efforts, leveraging existing relationships and generating new business opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide hands-on support with escrow transactions and file reviews (audits) as necessary.
