Job Summary
This position will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant equipment, including but not limited to:
- Electrical Systems
- Electronics
- CNC Controls
- PLC Logic
- Mechanical
- Pneumatics
- Hydraulics
- Requires skills in wiring, electrical systems, electronics, PLC logic, CNC machines, mechanical, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- The candidate a minimum of 2 years' experience
- This position will be responsible for maintaining and repairing CNC machines and complying with OSHA, NFPA and all other applicable safety programs.
- Must be able to work either standing or sitting for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 5 to 20 lbs. routinely.
- Be aware of and adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety practices for the facility and immediate area.
- Improved quality, reduction in waste and improved productivity.
- Perform tasks in a quality manner to meet external and internal customer specifications and requirements.
- Perform in a flexible and cooperative manner toward team objectives and the goals of the company
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with those you come in contact within all matters.
- Complete all necessary documentation, electronic data entries, and communications accurately and timely.
- Maintain regular attendance and perform duties in a timely manner, arriving and departing for assignments and
- Be aware of all standard procedures and practices associated with the position and work to maintain compliance.
- High School Diploma or GED required
