We are currently seeking a friendly and upbeat Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team!

Position Overview :

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing customer accounts, overseeing the collection process, and maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. This is an

  • position, requiring regular engagement and collaboration with our team.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain customer accounts within QuickBooks
  • Contact customers to follow up on outstanding payments and resolve overdue accounts
  • Process payments, generate invoices, and post transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Address customer inquiries related to accounts and billing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies
  • Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers
  • Monitor accounts to ensure timely collections
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions

    • Qualifications :

  • Prior experience in accounts receivable, collections, or similar roles
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks is a must
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • A friendly, upbeat personality with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal team members
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Must be comfortable working on-site and engaging with team members regularly

    • Position Details :

  • Part-time (approximately 18 - 25 hours per week)
  • Flexible to create a regular, consistent weekly schedule that works for both you and the company
