This position requires strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to handle a high volume of work in a team-oriented environment. Our Legal Assistants are not run of the mill, we expect engagement and collaboration with our Attorneys.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Arranging depositions and independent medical evaluations (IME)
- Securing medical records
- Composing pleadings
- Electronic and paper filing
- Maintaining attorneys' schedules
Qualifications
- 2 years' experience in workers' compensation
- Proficient in Word, Outlook, and quickly learns new software
- Effective prioritization of tasks
- Thrives in a collaborative work environment
- Experience with IWCC and DWC a plus
