Graphic Designer
Position Summary
WIELAND’s Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing messaging for marketing communications. This well-organized, motivated individual will create unique and lasting content to promote WIELAND’s success and mission both internally and externally.
Job Functions
o Create, design, and implement graphic materials to promote WIELAND and its mission in accordance with its graphic standards and branding guide.
o Assist in the development, design, and printed production of proposals in a timely manner.
o Communicates positively and effectively with other companies and departments.
o Develop new and update existing collateral material in response to the needs of the Regional Offices.
o Create specialty brochures which highlight sectors when necessary.
o Available to assist any department when a request is made.
o Deliver a visually pleasing quarterly presentation for a company-wide meeting, including content from all departments.
o Coordinate photo shoots for creative stock photo needs.
o Ensure the response to RFP/RFQ are free of errors.
o Taking written copy and designing and organizing it in response to formal RFPs or RFQs.
o Create, print, electronic and outdoor advertisements.
o Develop trade show and career fair materials and displays.
o Coordinate the re-design of some collateral to facilitate regional needs.
o Design company brochures to highlight specific project types and projects based on region.
o Assist with the design of key company apparel items.
o Assist with photography/video production and social media items when necessary.
o Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with printing vendors.
o Ability to receive methods for improvement or constructive criticism.
o Maintains and displays company values and culture.
Key Performance Indicators
Qualifications
o Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
o Master of industry-standard software.
o Excellent organizational and time management skills.
o Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
o Ability to provide portfolio upon request.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
