Job Summary
The Industrial Sewing Operator will be able to efficiently construct needed products in a skilled manner, providing a necessary link between efficient use of time, materials, and skills in constructing quality products for customers of Wieland Designs, Inc. This role is ideal for individuals with basic sewing skills and/or aptitude, who are dependable in work performance and attendance, and willing to rotate with other operators on various job processes according to the department schedule.
This position involves working in a quiet, clean and organized environment from Monday to Friday, 5 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., located at Topeka, Indiana. The operator will need to demonstrate ability to cross-train to multiple products, operate industrial sewing machines according to company requirements and standards, and make proper adjustments to work within the cell.
