Key Responsibilities:
- Construct products in a skilled manner.
- Follow verbal and written instructions.
- Rotate with other operators on various job processes according to the department schedule.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate basic sewing skills and/or aptitude through a sewing assessment.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instruction.
- Dependability in work performance and attendance.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand 8-10 hours per day and operate industrial sewing machines.
- Repetitive movements required with arms grasping material with hands while operating industrial sewing machine.
- Must have good visual ability in order to determine straight seam lines and make color distinctions on various fabric and materials.
- Must be able to lift 8-10 pounds consistently, and occasionally 20 pounds.
