Wieland Randall is hiring a CNC Machinist 2nd Shift. The CNC Machinist 2nd Shift will be responsible for ensuring that components are machined and finished as specified by the detailed drawings and procedures of the company, while meeting the defined quality standards. This role is located in Coldwater, OH and will be fully on-site.
Starting Pay: $25.49 - can increase dependent on experience
Shift: 5:00 pm - 2:00 am OR 9:00 pm - 7:00 am Sunday - Wednesday
CNC Machinist Responsibilities:
- Operate diverse types of CNC equipment, fork trucks and cranes.
- Identify and implement safety improvements.
CNC Machinist Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience with a CNC mill.
- Ability to setup and operate CNC mills, saws, brakes, shears, and other machining equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret standard blueprints and other engineered documentation.
- Ability to use proper measuring tools (tape measure, caliper, indication, etc.)
- Ability to safely operate Jib cranes.
- Strong aptitude for problem solving and teamwork.
- Methodical, organized, and precise.
- Proactive in proposing solutions.
- Demonstrated good attendance and punctuality.
- Good verbal communication skills.
