Wieland is hiring a Manufacturing Operator. The Manufacturing Operator will operate the shred / sort equipment to ensure manufacturing lines run without interruptions. This role is located in Shelbyville, KY and will be fully on-site.
Starting Pay : 23.50
Schedule : Rotating Shifts
Pay Schedule : Weekly
Responsibilities
Manufacturing Operator Responsibilities :
Runs HMI to ensure the manufacturing line runs without interruptions.
- Safely operates mobile plant and equipment such as forklifts, yard sweepers, front-end loaders, skid steer, and Sengenbogen per applicable procedure.
- Directing Shred / Sort technicians to empty hoppers as needed
- Load infeed hoppers.
- Print / apply rejected box labels and change out as needed.
- Check / Empty conveyor cleanout tubs.
- Take empty boxes / skids out.
- All other duties assigned during shifts
