perating equipment safely per standard operating procedure and initiating improvement to safe operations as appropriate

• This role is at Wieland Small Tube Products located in
  
  

Duncansville, PA

 and will be fully

on-site.

Starting Pay

$18.82./hr. ( .50/hr. shift differential) Pay will increase to $23.53 after 60-90 day training period.Â

Bonus:

Quarterly Profit SharingÂ

3rd Shift - 11 pm-7 am

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Maintains safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures and policies, including use of Personal Protective Equipment as required.
• Maintains effective communication with other employees, including supervisor/management and during shift changes.
• Posts and records information as needed on traveler tickets and/or daily production sheets
• Maintains a neat and orderly work environment.
• Demonstrates proficiency in the various tasks identified on the machine’s training evaluation form.
• Able to work overtime as business needs require.
• Cleans and returns removed tools.
• Attends meetings as required
• Cross trains in other areas as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or other equivalent training as approved by Immediate Supervisor, Next Level Supervision, and Human Resources Department
• Maintains thorough knowledge of equipment/machine specific SOP’s
• Successfully completed Forklift training
