What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Electrical Technologist position at Wieland?
We are looking for a skilled Industrial Electrical Technologist to join our team at Wieland. In this role, you will be responsible for working with the operating crew to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. You will also be responsible for making basic decisions on how electrical repairs proceed and performing quality repairs the first time.
As an Industrial Electrical Technologist, you will need to have 4-5 years of heavy industrial/maintenance experience or a four-year apprenticeship certification in electrical work. You will also need to possess excellent electrical troubleshooting skills and experience with Siemens, Modicon, Reliance, and Control Logix PLCs.
