Job Description: Digital Marketing Sales Representative – Social Media Marketing Services
Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and drive client acquisition for our $999/month Starter Plan, catering to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in South Florida. You will be responsible for promoting our affordable, professional social media marketing services to targeted industries, including hospitality, retail, wellness, and professional services. This role balances strategic outreach with on-the-ground relationship building to grow our client base.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and Identify Leads:
Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, you will be cold outreach to potential clients within SMB sectors in South Florida including restaurants, retail shops, real estate agents, salons, and other industries.
Cold Client Outreach:
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and networking events to introduce our Starter Plan services to business owners.
Consultative Selling:
Understand client pain points and offer tailored solutions showcasing the value and affordability of our $999/month social media management package.
Present Services:
Conduct sales presentations via phone, video calls, or in-person meetings to communicate the benefits of our social media marketing services.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain an organized record of sales activities and prospects through CRM tools, tracking conversions and follow-ups.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed sales quotas by signing up new clients each month, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Relationship Building:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with SMB owners, leveraging hyperlocal knowledge and social media expertise.
Market Insights:
Stay informed about the South Florida and Central Florida markets, social media trends, and competitors to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience in sales, preferably within marketing, digital services, or SMB-focused industries.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and their impact on small business growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with South Florida and Central Florida SMB markets is a strong advantage.
Experience working with CRM tools; tech-savvy and organized.
Compensation and Benefits:
Commission: 20% per signed client (e.g., $200 per new Starter Plan subscription). Compensation ranges from $38,000 per year if you do this as a part time side hustle to over $200,000 per year if you commit to a full time aggressive position.
Compensation is paid monthly and in one month in arrears.
