Position Title: Social Media Content Creator/Designer

Location: Remote USA only

Employment Type: Part-Time to start

Compensation: $25 per hour, 25 hours per client per month

Bonus: Receive a $200 bonus for every referral that becomes a client

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Social Media Content Creator/Designer to join our team and execute the Social Media Marketing Starter Plan. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for social media trends, and the ability to create compelling and engaging content tailored to local audiences in South and Central Florida. This role involves managing multiple social media profiles, creating professional content, and maintaining an active connection with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design

• Design 12 professional posts per month for each client, including high-quality graphics, captions, hashtags, and localized themes.
• Create content that will resonate with target audiences.
• Develop content with a mix of promotional, educational, and engagement-focused messaging.
• Ensure posts reflect seasonal and culturally relevant themes (e.g., local festivals, events, and holidays).
• Use targeted hashtags relevant to the client’s audience (e.g., #SoFloLife, #305Eats).

Profile Optimization & Setup

• Optimize social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, and one additional platform) with branded profile photos, cover images, bios, and region-specific keywords.
• Ensure profiles are visually cohesive and aligned with the client’s brand personality and voice.

Engagement & Community Management

• Respond to comments and direct messages up to 4 times per week for each client, fostering audience engagement and positive community relations.
• Like, reply, and interact with audience posts to build relationships and improve brand visibility.
• Monitor and handle simple customer inquiries via social media platforms.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Prepare and deliver monthly reports detailing follower growth, engagement, and content performance metrics.
• Provide actionable recommendations for improving social media strategies based on analytics.

Collaboration & Client Communication

• Communicate promptly with clients to gather relevant content, promotions, or details needed for posts.
• Stay up to date with local trends, events, and culture to create location-specific content.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Proven experience in social media content creation, copywriting, and graphic design.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or equivalent design platforms.
• Knowledge of social media trends, algorithm updates, and audience engagement strategies.
• Strong understanding of local SEO and hyperlocal hashtag usage
• MUST be able to read, write, and speak English!!!
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle multiple client profiles efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in managing or designing content for businesses in South or Central Florida.
• Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or other scheduling platforms.
• Background in social media reporting using analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics).
