We are seeking a Body Shop Technician who is passionate about automotive repair and has a keen eye for detail. As a Body Shop Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring the body and frame of vehicles involved in accidents or experiencing wear and tear. You’ll work with a team of professionals to ensure that every vehicle is restored to factory standards, and that customers receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities and Skills:
- Apprentice considered with a willingness to learn.
- Assists in performing cost estimates and develops a proper repair plan for each vehicle.
- Inspects and repairs bodies of vehicles to factory or customer specifications.
- Properly prepares surfaces for paint and install components for fit and finish.

- Be available for OT when necessary.
Compensation:
- Starting range: $20-$30
- Seven paid holidays
- Variable compensation opportunities

Qualification:
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License (CDL Preferred)
- 3 years of previous Body Shop Technician Experience Preferred.
- Apprentice level considered with a desire to learn the trade.
- I-CAR certification preferred.
