Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Rental and Lease Manager to oversee the rental and leasing operations. This role is crucial in managing the rental fleet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.
The ideal candidate will also have the ability and drive to transition into a Truck Sales Associate over the next 3-4 years with the opportunity to earn >$100k annually through sales commissions. In-house and OEM training will be provided to support success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the rental and lease processes for diesel equipment/trucks, including inventory management and fleet maintenance.
- Develop and implement rental policies and procedures to optimize operations.
- Oversee customer inquiries, quotes, contracts, and billing processes.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all rental equipment/trucks is in excellent working condition.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to adjust pricing and service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Train and supervise staff involved in the rental process.
- Prepare reports on rental performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven Truck Lease and Rental Management experience (1-3 years’ experience preferred.)
- Strong understanding of diesel equipment and maintenance processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in rental management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- CDL desirable, but not required.
Compensation:
- $50K-58K
- Seven paid holidays
