Duties:

• Team Development & Management - Hiring, training, and retaining staff.

• Financial Results Management - Achieve financial results consistent with the monthly forecasts.

• Business Development and Management - Establishes relationships with prospective customers and grows sales.

• Products and Service Development - Identifies and develops new products and services to meet the customers' needs.

• Departmental Planning - Develops plans, sets goals, and tracks and monitor’s progress.

• Quality Assurance - Ensures a quality mindset permeates the organization.

• Company Culture Management - Set the tone and pace for the organization.

• Background in heavy duty truck parts sourcing and selling.

• Experience in inventory management.

• A working professional leader in a truck dealership.

Compensation:

• $50K-60K

• Variable Comp Bonus Opportunity monthly
