Wiesbrook Sheet Metal is an architectural sheet metal and HVAC company located in Plainfield, Illinois. We have been in business since 1989. We are currently seeking to hire an administrative assistant which will require scheduling service calls, answering phone calls, ordering parts, registering warranties, some marketing, and some minor website management.
This position also requires being proficient at Excel, Word, and Outlook. Downloading of plans and specifications for the architectural sheet metal division will be necessary.
Summary
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our office, reporting directly to the Office Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include managing correspondence, maintaining organized files, and providing exceptional customer service. Core skills in computer literacy and clerical experience are essential, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Your premium skills in office management and handling multi-line phone systems will enhance our team's efficiency. With relevant experience in calendar management and data entry, you will contribute significantly to our organizational success and support our commitment to excellence.
