What are the responsibilities and job description for the garde manger position at Wife and the Somm?
- We are an intimate neighborhood wine bar focusing on high quality, local, and technically sound dishes meant to share and enjoy with wine. We are looking for an experienced line cook to join our culinary team who can showcase their skills and continue to learn in a passionate environment focusing on local California cuisine. This position will focus on entering everyday setting up and execution Garde Manger/Saute station with help from the rest of the team. This position will report to Sous Chef and Head Chef. There will be opportunity for growth and offer creative input in the future with an ever revolving local menu.
Salary : $20 - $22
