In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online presence across various e-commerce platforms. You will collaborate with the owners and nursery team to enhance user experience and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Photography, digital marketing, and content management.
Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Utilize HTML for website updates and enhancements to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for email campaigns and social media platforms using marketing automation tools.
- Produce high-quality visual content through photography, videography, and video editing to promote products effectively.
- Optimize website content.
- Analyze website performance metrics and customer behavior data to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain the company’s WordPress site, ensuring it is up-to-date with current products and promotions.
Experience
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in HTML, WordPress, and content management systems is essential.
- Knowledge of photography and videography techniques to create compelling product videos and pictures is needed
- Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity in problem-solving.
- Well versed in eBay sales and Facebook marketing.
