We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician (Commercial) to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician (Commercial) to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Walks all vacant units to determine make-ready needs. Coordinates efforts with Manager to make schedules and assignments. If major appliances or flooring need replacing, discusses with Manager before taking action
- HVAC: repair/replacement, cleaning and preventative maintenance of all related equipment, i.e. fan coil and filters, thermostats, relays contactors, pumps, supply valves, evaporator coils, motors, heat devices, EMS system – know system operation and sequence
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
