Wiggins Incorporated is a nationwide electrical and networking contractor seeking an experienced Electrical Service Manager/Project Manager to lead the electrical service division of Superior Facility Services, LLC. This is an in-office position offering the opportunity to contribute new ideas, drive growth, and strengthen relationships within the electrical industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the electrical service department.
- Mentor and oversee service technicians alongside the VP of Service and Service Manager.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships.
- Support dispatchers and the Service Manager with invoicing and pre-billing.
- Be available for on-call emergencies and after-hours needs.
- Assist with hiring and managing electrical technicians.
- Oversee material ordering and procurement.
- Prepare and provide quotes for all electrical service work.
- Review and approve vendor invoices for accuracy.
- Track and analyze ticket profitability.
- Review and approve technician timesheets.
- Assist dispatchers with scheduling technicians and equipment as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Licensed electrician (Journeyman or Master license preferred).
- Electrical experience required.
- Management experience preferred.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
