Receptionist/Administrative Assistant/ Rehabilitation Aide/ Office Billing
Our pediatric rehabilitation clinic in southern Maine is growing. We are looking for a person to help in the front office. Experience working in a medical office with scheduling/ scheduling software would be preferred. Computer skills are needed with knowledge of Excel, Word and Google drive/ docs. This job requires some physical activity with assistance cleaning between clients and setting up rooms. The ideal candidate will be out- going and friendly with patients and families, engaging with children, neat and organized, thorough and a fast learner. A candidate with experience in billing and collections would be helpful to assist with billing tasks. Familiarity calling insurance companies is required. Please inquire for more information.
