Construction Leadership Position

Requirements

• An undergraduate degree in engineering or construction management is required.
• A master's degree in CM is a plus.
• 5 years of project management experience on commercial/institutional projects is required.
• OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with project management, trade contractors, architects, and engineers are essential.
• Experience with bidding work, developing work scopes, subcontractor management, project scheduling, and cost reporting is required.
• Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Microsoft Project is expected.
• Procore and CMiC knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of Building Information Modeling, Revit software is desired.
