Certification Details
- ARRT and BCLS certifications are mandatory by the time of submission.
Job Details
- Rotating weekends and holidays are included in the job schedule.
- The employee will only be on call during holidays.
- Please have all certifications (ARRT, BCLS) by the time of submission.
Job Requirements
- Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification is required.
- Proof of COVID Vaccine series or Bivalent booster is required.
- Proof of 2 immunizations or positive titer for MMR is required.
- Fitness test for N95 mask is necessary.
- Hepatitis B Vaccination Series or Positive Titer is required.
- Influenza Vaccine documentation from September to May is required.
- If there's a history of positive PPD/TB blood test, a Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire are required.
- A valid copy of Driver's License is needed.
- Two-Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) is necessary.
- Proof of 2 immunizations or Positive Titer for Varicella is required.
- Proof of Tdap Immunization within 10 years is necessary.
