Job Requirements
Primary Source Verification of professional license and / or certification, as required for the position ran within 30 days of start updated upon expiration.
Additional Details
Proof of COVID Vaccine series OR Bivalent booster required. Medical exemption reviewed and approved by CNE medical exemption review group prior to start.
Proof of 2 immunizations or positive titer for MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap. All vaccines must include specific details and be documented accordingly.
Fit Test required prior to start with medical exemptions reviewed. Must include specific details.
Flu shot documentation from September-May required for submission, with medical exemptions being reviewed.
