Floater II - 2nd Shift
Ihre Aktivitäten
- Operates from Work Instructions (WI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Verbal instructions.
- Operates production calibration equipment.
- Assists in troubleshooting production calibration equipment.
- Performs changeovers and adjustments on calibration equipment.
- Makes adjustments as necessary to produce product within specified accuracy. Rejects non calibration product.
- Performs preventive maintenance (PMs) on calibration equipment.
- Performs calibration operations to meet quality and production goals.
- Operates production equipment.
- Assists in troubleshooting production equipment.
- Completes daily production logs.
- Performs preventive maintenance (PMs) on production equipment.
- Communicates with operators in cell and other shifts.
- Cleans and maintains work area. (5S)
- Learns and performs additional production operations as needed.
- Performs ancillary duties as needed
Ihr Profil
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year manufacturing experience – WIKA Calibrator, Assembler or Waterspider experience is preferred
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
- Ability to work in noisy environment.
- Adaptable to various assignments throughout the day
- Ability to work overtime if required. (including weekends)
- Ability to learn and perform manufacturing operations and processes quickly
- Good communication skills. Ability to adapt to any team environment
