Warehouse Lead
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Location: Lenexa, KS
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Lead is accountable, along with the Warehouse Manager, for warehouse inventory, truck loading, and load verification of all products through effective management and development of warehouse team members.
Other job duties include:
- Leading team members and ensuring the following get done effectively:
- Loading procedures
- Inventory counting procedures
- Managing out-of-date processing, repack, and recycling
- Responsible for checking Drivers and Sales Reps in after their day is completed.
- Fill in for the Warehouse Manager when needed.
- Assist in the review process for the warehouse.
Qualifications
- Organizational skills required
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Supervisor experience preferred
