Requirements:
- Full-time, Monday - Friday.
- This team member will primarily be hands-on, working on the factory floor and interacting with the production team. There are some office and administrative requirements, but these will be limited.
- Responsible for conducting quality assurance inspections at various designated stages in the production cycle to ensure delivery of a premier product.
- Identify and address quality issues within respective production departments and remediate the issue, through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Mentor and develop team members to meet quality expectations while staying within standard production hours.
- Inspect materials prior to unloading to ensure they meet production standards.
- Implement strategies to improve product quality.
- Record and track warranty spend (materials and labor) with the goal of minimizing total spend.
- Develop and distribute reports (daily / weekly) that track and measure quality.
- Experience in consumer or industrial product manufacturing preferred.

- Pay will be based on experience.
