Description
The Production Coordinator is responsible for entering, scoring, and fulfilling marketing models for a variety of industries and forms of communication. They need to develop an understanding of a client’s objectives and consult with Client Success to provide what is best needed to reach the Client’s goals. They will work closely with several internal departments that include Client Success, Production Programming, and the Predictive Analytics teams to determine desired model strategies based on clients’ target campaigns.
Essential Functions
- Participate in Model Recommendation and enter models into scoring while continuously keeping in communication with Client Success Directors and the Predictive Analytics Team on the progress of every model.
- Receive orders from Client Success and establish a plan to ship for completion.
- Execute selection processing jobs including coordination with Production Programming and Operations.
- Execute extract processing jobs including coordination with Client Success for count approvals, up-sells, etc. and Operations for prioritization issues.
- Investigate and determine client update frequency and confirm that initial and ongoing files are received and loaded through Client Tracking. Work with supervisor to receive direction and acquire necessary files.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience. Must be able to provide college transcripts showing minimum 3.0 GPA.
- 1 years of experience in the direct marketing or catalog, retail, and/or publishing industry.
- 1 years of experience in data focused role.
- 3 years of experience strong PC skills, including proficiency with all Microsoft software products.
- Analytical experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

- Compensation Range: $50,000 - $66,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component.
