Your role as An Assistant Director of NursingAs the Full-Time Assistant Director of Nursing ADON at Wilber Care Center, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of patient care. You will provide guidance, monitor, and evaluate all aspects of patient care, assisting with assessments and planning to uphold best practices. Your responsibilities include completing essential tasks such as the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) in line with federal and state regulations, ensuring adherence to our company's policies. Your keen attention to detail will be vital in managing the accurate completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS), Care Area Assessments (CAA's), and Care Plans. In this dynamic position, you will also have the opportunity to develop and contribute to quality improvement initiatives, enhancing service excellence within our nursing department and fostering an environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.
