Wilber is looking for professional individuals to join our claims recovery team. Our full-time in-office collectors start at $19.00 an hour ($21.00/hour if Bilingual in Spanish) plus uncapped commission. Our training team intentionally builds up great collectors through teachings, hands on training, engaging games, side-by-sides, and so much more! What will you do?
- Multi-task across different technical platforms within a fast-paced call center environment.
- Manage day-to-day office operations.
- Make outbound calls to customers/debtor informing of claim filed against them.
- Negotiate repayment and financial plans to recover assets for clients.
- Maintain office policies and procedures.
Nice to Have but NOT Needed
- Previous contact center experience
- Customer service experience
- Previous accounts receivable or collections experience
- Sales experience
