What are the responsibilities and job description for the Subrogation Recovery Collector position at Wilber Group?
This position does NOT require insurance knowledge or experience – we will train you in everything you need to know! Our Accounts Receivable team is looking to fill a Full-Time entry-level Subrogation Collector Specialist position in our Newark, OH office. Our Collectors start with a base pay of $19.00 an hour ($21.00/hour if bilingual in Spanish) along with uncapped commissions.
Wilber is looking for professional individuals to join our Great Place to Work Certified office! This position best suits a person with strong attention to detail, enjoys working in an office setting, strong communication skills, able to deescalate conflict, and well organized. Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Responsibilities:
- Take/Place calls to claimants
- Find solutions and recover assets for clients
- Provide clarity on filed claims and answer any inquiries from customers
- Successfully notate files of conversations had and payments received
