Salesperson
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Team Leader
Status: Non-Exempt
Description: Uses effective sales techniques to sell our product and guide customer to a sales decision.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Accurately and efficiently ascertains the part or product the customer needs.*
Uses our software to discern if the part is available and if so the price.*
Effectively gathers pertinent information from customer to provide exceptional customer service including:
Detailed vehicle information to ensure correct interchange.*
If and what warranty they wish to purchase.*
Desired delivery date.*
How they wish to pay for product.*
Follows up on all quotes.*
Build professional relationship with customer to sustain and increase sales.*
Responsible for meeting sales goals, self evaluating and scheduling training or education to improve.*
Follows all safety policies and procedures.*
Qualifications:

Language Ability:

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience or knowledge in the automotive industry.
