Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative clerical support to ensure excellent service and overall customer satisfaction
- Assist with order processing and inventory management utilizing Microsoft Windows and ERP systems
- Maintain accurate records and documents using JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
- Respond professionally to inquiries and complaints from sales staff, customers, and regulatory agencies
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations team to maintain adequate inventory levels and meet customer needs
- Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and annual full inventory reconciliations
This position requires proficiency in computers, Windows applications, and mathematical concepts. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain a positive working relationship with peers, management, and customers.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, this position offers a base compensation range of $20.86 per hour. Eligible benefits include vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, retirement plans, and other perks.
