We are currently looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Land Salesperson. In this role, you will learn the ins and outs of land sales, from qualifying leads and prospecting to assisting with marketing efforts.
Job Description: We are seeking a Land Salesperson to join our Sioux Falls team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the land sales industry. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting new leads in their land search at Wilco and additional sales prospecting as you develop a customer list. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, self-motivated, and able to work effectively on the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information about prospective clients and their land needs.
- Assist with sales prospecting efforts by researching potential clients, identifying opportunities, and reaching out to generate interest.
- Attend team meetings
- Maintain and update client records and sales pipeline in CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.
- Continuously develop industry knowledge and stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices.
- Participate in training sessions, webinars, and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies.
This is a full-time position with hours from 9:00-5:00 CST. Weekly meetings with your team and your manager are required.
