Job Summary:
We are seeking a Certified Applicator to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pest management practices, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pest control treatments for residential properties, focusing on commercial and residential properties.
• Assess pest issues, recommend solutions, and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Ensure all pest control activities comply with state regulations and company standards.
• Maintain and calibrate pest control equipment and tools.
• Maintain accurate service records, including treatment details and materials used.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns and educating them on pest prevention strategies.
• Assist in training and supervising pest control technicians as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Applicator license issued by the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA).
• Proven experience in pest control services, with knowledge of advanced techniques and products.
• Strong understanding of state and federal pest control regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Work Location: On the road

Salary : $20 - $23
