Warehouse Order Picker (Seasonal)
Pay: $19.35 – 21.50 / hour
Location: Wilco Distribution Center Warehouse (Donald, OR
Primary Job Function: Operating an electric pallet jack to pick and stage store orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of Wilco Retail Store orders.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently receive, unload, and validate inbound freight
- Pick, split, cross‑dock, and stage daily, weekly, and special orders
- Replenish stock: letdowns, bin fills, put‑away, and cycle counts
- Prepare outbound loads: barcode/tag merchandise and load trailers
- Follow all pre‑load/pre‑unload safety checks and best‑practice standards
- Maintain a clean, organized Distribution Center and exterior areas.
Skills & Experience
- Proficient with warehouse management systems and basic computer software
- Strong attention to detail and product identification skills
- Solid teamwork and communication abilities
- Comfortable with arithmetic calculations
- Must be 18 years or older (safety requirement)
Physical & Schedule Requirements
- Regular lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional team lifts to 100 lbs.
- Perform tasks involving grasping, pushing, pulling, bending, climbing, and kneeling.
- Indoor/outdoor work
- Early, late, and weekend shifts as needed
Schedule / Hours
DC Hours of Operation: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Weekend Shift – Saturday & Sunday
- 20 – 30 hours / week
