Wilcox Farms is currently seeking exceptional candidates for our egg breaker plant lead position at our Roy, WA, location. This position performs the day to day operations of the egg breaker processing plant:
Essential Functions:
- Knows operations of equipment and packaging
- Prepare pipes and tanks each morning for daily processes
- Gathers and compiles samples for Quality Assurance Labs
- Performs pre op inspections
- Fills out inspection and hour check paperwork
- Set up equipment and make adjustments as necessary
Qualifications:
Knowledge
- Math skills
- Reading and writing skills
- Accurate record keeping skills
Education/Training
- On-the-job training for approximately 4-6 months
- Completes Forklift Driver Training and receives Certification
Skills/Aptitudes
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Possesses communication skills
- Must be flexible and various in skill ability
- Will work in a team environment
- Work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Adapt quickly to a changing environment
