JOB SUMMARY
Wilcox Financial / Wilcox Sports Management is seeking a dynamic Client Service Associate who is a motivated, detail-oriented and creative problem solver to join our growing team. This essential role helps to provide high quality/high touch critical administrative support to our Financial Advisors, their prospective and existing clients, and other branch staff team members. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills across multiple platforms (phone, email, in-person), as well as the ability to organize, manage, and track multiple, detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, task-oriented work environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Services a high volume of daily interactions, including basic inquiries and scheduling of meetings, with prospective and existing clients on the phone and in person
- Works both independently and within a dynamic team environment to provide crucial support to the financial advisors and branch office
- For proper maintenance and to meet firm and industry requirements, ensures client paperwork and documentation is accurate and correct prior to submission and processing. Follows up to ensure accurate completion
- With a high level of organization and accuracy, processes client financial transactions as directed
- Onboard and maintain client accounts, including collecting client information and required documentation in a clerical capacity at the direction of the client and/or Financial Advisor / team
- Creates and maintains records and files utilizing Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Prepares letters, forms and reports to assist with servicing existing clients and prospecting for new clients
- Prepares various business summary reports and client-specific reporting as needed for review by the Financial Advisor
- Answering general non-investment related questions concerning client accounts, including relaying stock positions, and providing account balances (e.g., funds due and margin debit)
- May accept or enter unsolicited orders and/or enter solicited orders in a clerical capacity at the direction of the Financial Advisor.
- Executing money movement transactions at the request of the client and/or Financial Advisor / team
- Actively engages in available training/cross-training and educational and/or professional development opportunities to remain current on firm and industry policies and procedures
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE OF / SKILLED IN
- Knowledge of financial services products, including but not limited to equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts
- Detail orientated with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), including developing spreadsheets as needed and for ongoing reporting
- Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client / customer service skills
- Strong time management skills
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with others

EDUCATION / WORK EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma/Equivalency
- College degree preferred
- General Experience – 13 months to 3 years
- Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG), and Series 65 (RA) preferred, but not required
- Two or more years of industry-related experience / education in the areas of finance, accounting and / or banking strongly desired
COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS
- Must be fingerprinted per National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) requirements upon hire
SALARY RANGE
$42,000-$60,000; consummate with experience and / or licensure
TRAVEL
Less than 10%

- 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday / 8:00am – 5:00pm ET
