What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Auditor position at Wild Adventures Theme Park?
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Must be willing to work outside his or her zone of assignment to fulfill general park needs on occasion
- Ensure compliance with all Herschend Family Entertainment and Wild Adventures policies and procedures
- Represents the company to guests and other team members in a positive and friendly manner
- Satisfies Wild Adventure’s standards for performance and conduct. For example, reports to work regularly and on time
- “Create Memories Worth Repeating” for our Guests by exceeding guest expectations
- Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information.
- Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
- Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers.
- Debit, credit, and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases, using specialized accounting software.
- Code documents according to company procedures.
- Compare computer printouts to manually maintained journals to determine if they match.
- Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records.
- Access computerized financial information to answer general questions as well as those related to specific accounts.
- Operate 10-key calculators and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, answering telephones, and handling routine correspondence.
- Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The primary workspace will be an indoor, professional office setting; occasionally requires outdoor work in all weather conditions and in presence of dust and odors. May be susceptible to the exposure of various chemicals, bodily fluids, and blood-borne pathogens, prolonged exposure to sunlight, or rainy conditions.
