What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Manager position at Wild Adventures?
· Implement sales strategies and tactics to support the park’s Marketing Plan
· Prospect to find new sources of group revenue.
· Establish and maintain relationships with group and consignment clients.
· Maintain systems for sales lead generation to include CRM, direct mail, trade/consumer shows and traditional sales efforts.
· Generate new business and support existing business in sales channels including Corporate, Scouts, Church, Special Interest (band, choral, performance, fraternal) and Education Groups (field trips, homeschool, education days).
· Work with marketing team to develop content for any/all sales collateral including but not limited to website, direct mail pieces, brochures, flyers and emails.
· Drive revenue and EBITDA through day admissions, season pass, catering and event sales.
· Represent park at various trade/travel shows.
· Represent park within various professional groups.
· Assist in creation and execution of park’s special events.
· Act as a group client advocate among park management.
· Must be willing to work outside his or her zone of assignment to fulfill general park needs on occasion
· Ensure compliance with all Herschend Family Entertainment and Wild Adventures policies and procedures
· Represents the company to guests and other team members in a positive and friendly manner
· Satisfies Wild Adventure’s standards for performance and conduct. For example, reports to work regularly and on time
