We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our retail stores and ensuring that they meet local building and zoning codes. The right candidate should have excellent communication skills, general accounting knowledge, an eye for detail and well organized.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret insurance documents, lease agreements, city ordinances, and city zoning
- Manage insurance claims
- Manage insurance policies for auto, commercial/retail, and residential properties
- Manage records of all contracts, insurance policies and lease agreements as well as locations
- Understand insurance underwriting practices
- Complete annual insurance audits
- CAM reconciliation
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience with contacts and insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
Skills:
- Intermediate to Advance proficiency in Excel
- Proficient in Prolease
- Proficient in Asana
Job Type: Full-time
